IT Business Analyst  -  User Support

IT Business Analyst - User Support will :

  • Understand the company international sales process, priorities and challenges;
  • Resolve issues and problems of sales departaments;
  • Implement impovements across international sales systems;
  • Articulate international sales needs and drive initiatives forward including 'end to end' improvements within internal CRM system;
  • Provide user support subject matter expertise;
  • Understand the international application landscape - the purpouses of each system and its users, functions;
  • Work with vocal sales teams to teach best practices that have been gathered from sales teams around the world - driving a global support;
  • Maintain user lists including creating new and removing inactive users;
  • Regularly review system usage;
  • Develop and maintain system support processes and standards;
  • Work with business and technology partners to solidify a proper support structure and reinforce accountability;
  • Have regular International Help Desk function for sales departmaents around the world.

Expectations :

  • Relevant degree - at least bachleor - majors of preference include business, computer sciences; project management; information and technology;
  • Experience working through multiple business fiscal cycles - exposure and/or direct experience with project management, software lifecycle;
  • Exposure for business user support, process analysis, workflow changes and change management;
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management - ability to tailor communication style based on audience;
  • Experience working with CRM and other sales systems would be an asset, but not essential;
  • Ability to multitask;
  • Great interpersonal skills and approachable attitude;
  • Willing to work with people within User Helpdesk function.
